Respecting Club Culture
Our troop is a calm, inclusive space where all children feel safe and supported.
We ask adults and girls to:

1. Model kindness and respect in words and actions

2. Avoid yelling, bullying, or aggressive behavior

3. Respect personal space and emotional needs

4. Use gentle voices and stay engaged in activities

5. Be willing to partner up with other girls in the group during activities. 

**This peaceful environment is what makes our group special — and it takes everyone’s participation to maintain it.
